1. 私たちが取得しない情報
- 氏名・電話番号を登録のために求めることはありません。Web購入や購入の共通利用を希望する場合はメールアドレスを受け取ります（3a節）。任意の投稿やお問い合わせにご自身で記入した情報も受け取ります
- 位置情報、連絡先、写真、カメラ、マイク
- 広告 ID、行動追跡。広告は表示しません。広告 SDK や分析 SDK も入れていません
2. 端末の中にだけ保存される情報
次の情報は通常、お使いの端末の中にだけ保存されます。「訂正・意見」を送信する場合は、その時点の表示条件も一緒に送ります（4 節）。閲覧履歴を継続的に送信する機能はありません。
- 表示言語、流派、視点、再生速度などの設定
- バーレッスンの練習メニュー（順番、回数、テンポ、伴奏）
- 未送信の訂正意見の下書き
アプリを削除すると、これらの情報は端末から消えます。
3. App 内課金
全機能の解放の購入・復元は Apple の App Store が処理します。私たちは氏名やクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を受け取りません。Apple による取り扱いは Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
購入状態の確認のために RevenueCat（RevenueCat, Inc.）のサービスを利用します。アプリが自動的に生成する識別子と、App Store の購入情報が RevenueCat のサーバーに送られ、「全機能を解放済みか」の判定に使われます。訂正意見の送信時には、Apple の署名付き購入証明を運営のサーバーで検証し、RevenueCat に現在の購入状態を照会します。取引番号などの確認情報を認証セッションに保存し、取引番号から作ったハッシュ識別子を投稿に関連付け、投稿資格の確認・重複防止・不正利用防止に使います。氏名や決済情報との照合は行いません。RevenueCat の取り扱いは RevenueCat のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
3a. 任意のアカウントと購入連携
アプリのアカウント画面またはブラウザ版でメールアドレスを入力すると、認証サービス Supabase にメールアドレスを送り、Resendを通じて確認コードを届けます。認証を終えると、運営のデータベース（Neon）に会員ID・メールアドレス・認証サービスのIDを保存します。App Storeでの購入を明示的に連携すると、Appleの署名付き証明を検証し、取引番号・商品・購入環境・本人購入または家族共有の区別・RevenueCatの購入ID・確認した購入状態と時刻を会員に結び付けます。署名付き証明そのものは保存しません。これらは追加料金なしの共通利用、権限の確認、重複登録防止と復旧のために使います。ブラウザ版の無料範囲を閲覧するだけなら、メール登録は必要ありません。
アプリのログイン情報は端末の保護された保存領域、ブラウザのログイン情報はJavaScriptから読めないCookieに置きます。サーバーにはトークンのハッシュと有効期限（30日）を保存します。連続した認証を制限するため、メールアドレスや接続元IPから作った短期間のハッシュを使います。通信には通常の接続元IPが伴い、認証・配信事業者の運用ログに記録されることがあります。広告・分析用Cookieは使いません。
設定またはブラウザのアカウント画面から、新しい確認コードで再認証して削除できます。削除すると認証サービスの会員情報、運営の会員情報、ログインセッション、購入との連携を削除します。処理中はブラウザの権限を止め、通信障害時は再試行できます。個人に結び付かない削除処理の番号と完了時刻は残します。Web購入がある場合、返金・問い合わせ・重複決済の防止に必要な最小限の取引記録は残します（3b節）。Webの利用権はアカウントから外れ、自動復旧はされません。復旧をご希望の場合はお問い合わせください。アカウント削除によって自動的に返金されることはありません。App Storeの購入は取り消されず、後から再連携できます。訂正意見の保存・削除は4節の扱いです。Supabaseの取り扱いは Supabaseのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
3b. Webでの決済
Web購入は Stripe の決済画面で行います。ログイン中の会員ID、メールアドレス、商品と価格をStripeに送ります。請求先住所はStripeの画面で収集し、運営はStripeから請求先の国と、米国の場合は州コードを確認します。カード番号やセキュリティコードはStripeが扱い、pas.のサーバーには保存しません。Stripeが決済や不正利用防止のために入力を求める情報の取り扱いは、Stripeのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
運営のデータベースには、会員と決済の対応、商品・金額・通貨・決済環境、Stripeの決済識別子、請求先の国、米国の場合は州コード、購入条件の確認結果・取消理由、支払い・返金・異議申し立ての確認状態と日時、通知の識別子を保存します。購入対象国の確認、購入したコンテンツの利用、二重決済防止、返金、問い合わせ対応、州ごとの売上確認に使います。請求先住所の全文、通知の全文、カード番号は保存しません。
アカウントを削除した場合はログイン情報と会員への紐付けを削除します。取引確認のための最小限の決済記録と、同じメールアドレスの購入を重複させないためのハッシュ値を、返金・不正利用防止・会計処理に必要な間保持します。Stripe側の決済記録はアカウント削除と同時には消去されません。
4. 任意の訂正意見・先生の招待
フォームの「送信」を押すと、入力した文章・修正案・参考資料、対象のポーズ、動きの時刻、視点、再生速度、腕・脚・方向の設定、言語、選択した流派、モデルとアプリ内描画コードの版、送信日時、購入者または招待した先生という区分を保存します。先生の投稿には、運営が招待時に設定した呼び名も付きます。氏名・メールアドレスの入力は必須ではありません。ご自身や他の方の連絡先など、訂正に不要な個人情報は書かないでください。
内容は辞典の確認・修正と対応履歴の管理に使い、運営だけが閲覧できます。投稿の公開掲示板ではありません。招待の確認と募集期間の取得にも通信を使います。認証トークンは端末の保護された保存領域に置き、サーバーにはハッシュを保存します。不正な連続アクセスを防ぐため、接続元 IP アドレスから作った短期間のハッシュも使います。
送信済みの意見は、訂正対応と履歴確認に必要な間、運営が利用するホスティング基盤（Vercel、データベースは Neon。いずれも米国の事業者）に保管します。端末の下書きやアプリを削除しても、送信済みの内容は削除されません。削除を希望する場合は、対象のポーズ・送信日時・投稿内容の一部を添えて下記までご連絡ください。対象を確認して対応します。
5. 表示速度の確認
設定にある「表示速度の確認」は、端末の中で 3D の表示速度を測る機能です。結果は自動では送られません。「保存」を押したときにだけ、iOS の共有画面が開き、送り先はあなたが選びます。
6. 辞典の更新
用語の説明や 3D の動きの修正は、App Store の更新を待たずに届けることがあります。アプリは起動時に、新しい辞典があるかを Expo（650 Industries, Inc.、米国）の配信サービス EAS Update に確認し、あれば取得して次に開いたときに切り替えます。オフラインのときは、端末にある辞典をそのまま使います。
このとき送られるのは、端末の種類（iOS）、アプリと辞典の版、更新の配信のためにアプリが作るランダムな番号（アプリを削除すると変わります）、更新後の起動に失敗した場合はそのエラーの記録です。氏名・メールアドレス・購入の情報・閲覧の履歴は送りません。通信には、通常のインターネット通信と同じく接続元 IP アドレスが伴います。Expo による取り扱いは Expo のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
7. Apple から提供される統計情報
iOS の設定で「解析データを共有」を許可している場合、Apple は開発者にクラッシュレポートや利用統計を匿名化して提供することがあります。私たちはこれを不具合の修正にだけ使います。この共有は iOS の「設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → 解析と改善」で変えられます。
8. お子さまの利用について
本アプリはバレエを学ぶ方を対象としています。お子さまが任意の意見を送る場合は、保護者の方と内容をご確認いただき、名前・連絡先などを書かないでください。投稿に個人情報を含めてしまった場合など、保護者の方からのお問い合わせは下記までお願いします。
9. 第三者への提供
利用者の情報を販売したり、広告や行動追跡に使ったりしません。メール認証、購入確認・Web決済、辞典の更新、訂正意見の受付・保管には、上記の Apple、RevenueCat、Supabase、Resend、Stripe、Expo、ホスティング基盤（Vercel・Neon）を利用し、それぞれの処理に必要な情報を送ります。
10. 変更
本ポリシーを変更するときは、このページで公開し、最終更新日を書き換えます。個人情報の取り扱いが変わる場合は、アプリ内でもお知らせします。

Privacy Policy
1. Information we do not collect
- We do not require your name or phone number for registration. If you purchase on the web or share a purchase, we receive your email address (section 3a). We also receive information you choose to include in feedback or support enquiries
- Location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone
- Advertising identifiers or tracking. The app shows no ads and includes no advertising or analytics SDKs
2. Information stored only on your device
The following is normally stored only on your device. If you send correction feedback, the viewing conditions recorded for that feedback are included (section 4). The app does not continuously send browsing history.
- Settings such as language, school of ballet, camera view and playback speed
- Your barre lesson menus (order, repetitions, tempo, music)
- Unsent correction drafts
Deleting the app removes this data from the device.
3. In-app purchase
Purchasing and restoring the full unlock is handled by Apple's App Store. We never receive payment details such as your name or card number. Apple's handling is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
To verify purchase status we use RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.). An app-generated identifier and your App Store purchase information are sent to RevenueCat's servers to determine whether the full unlock is owned. When you submit correction feedback, our server verifies Apple's signed purchase proof and checks the current purchase status with RevenueCat. Verification information, including transaction identifiers, is stored in the authentication session. A hashed identifier derived from the transaction is associated with submissions to check eligibility, prevent duplicates and limit abuse. We do not match it to names or payment details. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
3a. Optional accounts and purchase linking
When you enter an email on the app account screen or in the browser edition, we send it to Supabase to send a verification code through Resend. After verification, our database (Neon) stores your account ID, email and authentication provider ID. If you explicitly link an App Store purchase, our server verifies Apple's signed proof and associates transaction identifiers, product, environment, purchased or family-shared ownership, RevenueCat purchase ID, verified purchase status and verification time with your account. We do not retain the signed proof itself. These records provide shared access at no extra charge, check access, prevent duplicate claims and support recovery. Browsing the free web content does not require an email address.
The app stores login credentials in protected device storage; the browser uses a cookie that JavaScript cannot read. The server stores token hashes and a 30-day expiry. Short-lived hashes derived from email addresses and connection IPs limit repeated authentication attempts. Network connections carry your IP address, which authentication and hosting providers may record in operational logs. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.
You can delete your account from Settings or the browser account page by verifying a fresh code. Deletion removes the authentication identity, account records, login sessions and purchase link. Browser access stops while deletion is pending; network failures can be retried. We retain an unlinkable deletion operation ID and completion time. For web purchases, minimal payment records remain for refunds, support and duplicate-payment prevention (section 3b). Web access is unlinked and is not restored automatically; contact support for recovery. Deleting an account does not automatically refund a purchase. Your App Store purchase is not cancelled and can be linked again later. Correction feedback is handled as described in section 4. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
3b. Web payments
Web purchases take place on Stripe's checkout page. We send Stripe the signed-in account ID, email, product and price. Stripe collects your billing address, and we check the billing country and, for US addresses, state code returned by Stripe. Stripe handles card numbers and security codes; pas. does not store them on its server. For information Stripe requests to process payments and prevent fraud, see Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Our database stores the link between account and payment, product, amount, currency, payment environment, Stripe transaction identifiers, billing country, US state code where applicable, purchase-eligibility results and cancellation reason, verified payment/refund/dispute status and times, and notification identifiers. These records check purchase eligibility, provide access, prevent duplicate charges, support refunds and enquiries, and track sales by US state. We do not store full billing addresses, full notification payloads or card numbers.
Account deletion removes login credentials and the link to the account. Minimal transaction records and a hash used to detect another purchase with the same email are retained for as long as needed for refunds, fraud prevention and accounting. Account deletion does not simultaneously delete Stripe's payment records.
4. Optional correction feedback and teacher invitations
When you tap Send, we store your text, suggested changes and references; the selected pose; movement time, camera view, speed, arm, leg and direction settings; language and school of ballet; model and viewer code versions; submission time; and whether you are a purchaser or an invited teacher. Teacher submissions also carry the label set by the operator when issuing the invitation. You do not need to enter a name or email address. Please leave out personal information about yourself or others that is unnecessary for the correction.
We use submissions to review and improve the dictionary and keep track of corrections. Only the operator can read them; this is not a public discussion board. Invitation verification and fetching the feedback campaign period also use the network. Authentication tokens are stored in protected device storage; the server stores their hashes. We also use short-lived hashes derived from connection IP addresses to limit repeated authentication attempts.
Submitted feedback is kept on our hosting infrastructure (Vercel, with the database on Neon; both US providers) for as long as needed to handle corrections and review their history. Deleting a draft or uninstalling the app does not delete a submission. To request deletion, contact us below with the pose, approximate submission time and part of the text so we can identify and remove it.
5. Display speed check
The "display speed check" in Settings measures 3D performance on your device. Results are never sent automatically. Only when you tap Save does the iOS share sheet open, and you choose where to send it.
6. Dictionary updates
Corrections to the dictionary's text and 3D movements may be delivered without waiting for an App Store update. At launch the app asks Expo's update service, EAS Update (650 Industries, Inc., USA), whether a newer dictionary is available; if so it downloads it and switches to it the next time the app opens. When offline, the app keeps using the dictionary already on the device.
The request carries the device type (iOS), the app and dictionary versions, a random number the app creates for delivering updates (it changes if you delete the app) and, if the app failed to start after an update, the error record. It does not carry your name, email address, purchase information or browsing history. Like any internet connection, it comes from your IP address. Expo's handling is governed by Expo's Privacy Policy.
7. Statistics provided by Apple
If you have opted in to sharing analytics with developers in iOS settings, Apple may provide us with anonymised crash reports and usage statistics. We use them only to fix problems. You can change this under iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
8. Children
The app is intended for people learning ballet. Children should review optional feedback with a parent or guardian before sending it and should not include names or contact details. Parents and guardians can contact us below, including if personal information was accidentally submitted.
9. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell user information or use it for advertising or behavioural tracking. We use Apple, RevenueCat, Supabase, Resend, Stripe, Expo and the hosting infrastructure described above (Vercel and Neon) for email authentication, purchase verification and web payments, dictionary updates, and receiving and storing feedback, sending the information needed for those functions.
10. Changes
Changes to this policy are published on this page with a new "last updated" date. If the way we handle personal data changes, we will also announce it in the app.
